~About our winery~
I have always believed the most important part of a winery was the cellar dog. For many years, our cellar dog "Bear" was quite pleased to help us explore virtual vineyards and chase after "cellar rats," however, after spending the 2010 harvest watching from the sidelines, he followed his last sunset into the big vineyard in the sky where he is chasing sheep (or letting them chase him) daily. Bear is missed by all.
It was always my dream to grow grapes and make wine — and in 2005, that dream came closer to reality with my first vintage -though our winery is virtual and exists only on this website, our grapes are from premiere vineyards in Napa and Sonoma. While I continue to dream about a future "brick-and-mortar" winery, I hope my wine will fulfill your dream of drinking the best of the best. So, please sit back and drink a toast to what you love, your dreams, and our little friend Bear...
